Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is very flexible and generous.  Always we do care about customer satisfaction.  Our aim is to make sure there is value of money for every cent spend. This means once you feel like cancelling or requesting for a refund, for us is the huge failure.

Order Cancellation

Once you place the order, you can cancel only before the transaction is completed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes for digital products which are downloadable and they do not involve licensing for example eBook, audio, videos and other related products. Within 30 minutes we generate emails for download after payment verification so that we’ll not issue any refund for the order acceded the  suggested time for cancellation or change of order.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours for digital products that involve licensing such as software. Once you receive an email with licence key, we need to verify that the was not used

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority thus why we are trying to offer the best Cancellation and Refunds Policy. Therefore, you can request a refund or cancellation for ordered products if:

➡ you do not receive the email with download link(s) within the guaranteed time (30 minutes up to 1 hour, the recommended processing time for digital products that do not involve licence key and 24 hours for products that involve licence key).

➡ you receive the wrong product.

➡ you do not want the product you have paid for (but you must contact us within the accepted time).

We do not issue the refund if:

➡ your order does not deliver due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong email address address)

➡ your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. systems failure, delayed by a natural disaster etc.).
